I still recommend a sleeping potion and a good night's sleep, Pepper. I know that this new regiment is a switch to our schedules, but if you went to bed earlier - with the birds really - you should still be able to do the Dreamless Sleep and get up in time for the training and your training will probably be better for it.

I really feel like one of the best natural things you can do to help your memory blanks and your lack of touch with current time and so forth is to get a good night's sleep, and if you aren't able to do that because of insomnia the Dreamless Sleep Potion should help that, even if it is a bit less natural. I

That's just my recommendation though. If you don't want to follow it that seems to be going around I can't force it.

I'm going to spend my day today looking through what we have in the Hospital wing that is left over from before - I don't suspect it will be much - and making a list of what we might need to support a proper triage in the future. I am taking volunteers to help catalogue should there be anyone who doesn't wish babysitting duty, and we'll need to figure out a way to get our hands on what we do need, maybe you could help with that Doris?
